那時沒錢看醫生

就去中國醫藥學院附近的國際書局尋找書上的食療

試了金針煮豆腐

結果沒想到連喝一周

從此再也未再犯過

特此分享 痔瘡便血的食療

也分享了最佳的穴位按摩

不過要記得

按摩後要喝300-500cc的溫開水喔

診斷: 在上嘴唇與牙齒連接處筋線上的齦交穴 如果有白色凸出物 表示你曾經得過痔瘡 但已經痊癒 但如果有紅色凸出物 表示你現在有痔瘡或薦椎酸痛的問題 首選穴位: 針灸; 齦交穴放血 按摩: 1. 足底肛門反射區(見圖) 2. 魚際穴 按摩後要喝300-500cc溫開水 有便血最佳食療: 乾燥金針一兩 加一塊傳統豆腐 加入水煎煮 不加調味料及油 煮好後 去掉渣 濃煎後當葯喝 Diagnosis of TCM: You can reveal a person's upper lip to observe Yinjiao which locates between the tooth and upper lip tie. If you can see there is white nodule that means you have been gotten problem for hemorrhoids. But if you have the red nodule, that means you are suffering from hemorrhoids or low back pain now. 眼瞼緣會紅、腫、熱、痛 /Eyelid margin redness, swelling, heat, pain

病因Cause of disease :
1.金黃色葡萄球菌感染 / due to Staphylococcus aureus infection
2.食物過敏/ Food allergies (seafood, chocolate)

特效中藥Effects of Chinese medicine:
1.金菊花jin ju hua
2.夏枯草xia ku cao

Trigeminal neuralgia could be treated by tegretol or operation.

按摩大拇趾的三叉神經反射區 應該從上往下(往足跟方向)慢慢推

To massage the big toe on the trigeminal reflex zone should be from top to the heel with slowly push down.
